Bloodsicle Back on Tap and BBQ over Memorial Day Weekend!!

Hello Brewery Friends!

We are tapping two kegs of our very popular Bloodsicle IPA this week.  We add fresh vanilla beans to kegs of our Blood Sweat and Orange IPA to re-create a beer version of the classic Orange Creamsicle.  Our Blood Sweat and Orange IPA is made with fresh local Blood Oranges from Heritage Family Farms in north county.  We have one keg on tap now and a second keg to tap so that we can ensure this delicious beer will be around all weekend!

We are also releasing a brand new beer – Wreck It Greg Summer IPA.  This super hoppy IPA is only 5.8% alcohol making it a perfect way to scratch your hop fix during our warmer summer months.  It was brewed with Mosaic hops and HBC 472 experimental hops that lend the beer a very fruity and tropical influenced aroma and flavor with hints of coconut and strawberries.  Look for this beer on tap at the Pub at Lake Cuyamaca this weekend as well.

Great Stuff on Tap

We have a great line up of beers right now.  For dark beer fans we have Filthy Paws Porter on tap in addition to the Stonewall Stout.  The Jalapeno Gold is flowing as is the Apple Pie Ale.  And if you are looking for something stronger we have Under a Blood Orange Sky Double IPA – made with the same fresh local blood oranges as our Blood Sweat and Orange IPA.

We are also well stocked on our home made spicy Nickel Pickels.

Memorial Day BBQ

We will be open slightly expanded hours over Memorial Day weekend, staying open until 8 pm on Sunday the 26th and opening at Noon on Monday the 27th.  Tuga and JP’s BBQ will be here roughly 11:30 am to 3:30 pm both Saturday and Sunday serving up fresh smoked BBQ and sides.

And you are always welcome to bring your own food to enjoy to the tasting room.  Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates and new beers.  The weather will be near perfect all weekend making it a wonderful time to come enjoy the mountains in Spring!

We’ll see you soon for a great Julian brewed beer!  Cheers, Tom
